By submitting an article, the author automatically agrees to the terms of the agreement and confirms that the work:

• is original and does not infringe on the copyrights of others;
• has not been published or submitted to other publications.

The author retains their rights, and the publisher obtains the right of first publication under the terms of CC BY, which provides for the possibility of:

• publishing and distributing articles in print and electronic formats;
• translating materials into English and distributing translations;
• posting articles on the journal's website, in databases and repositories.
